Day 10, week 2: Shoulders & Arms; ARX


Day 10 is done! Now, it’s only P80X remaining!

I showed modest progress on Shoulders & Arms today, increasing most weights slightly, opting for more weight and fewer reps. ARX was a big gain today. increased total reps 25% and did 25 reps on half the exercises plus the full 40 of Mason Twist!
