Day 11, Week 2: Yoga X

Well, Yoga X went better this week than last.  Somewhat more flexible, but mostly more comfortable with the various poses.  Much less spasticity. More elasticity.

I developed a replacement move for the wheel: I call it the flat tire.  Seriously, I was able to do the bridge and extend each leg, so that’s something.  The Crane?  I’m still nowhere near coordinated (strong?) enough to do (yet).

Namaste. Now, to drink some Nestle.
