Day 16, Week 3: Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes


Got Plyometrics in early today. I’m noticing good improvements in aerobic capacity.  I kept up with the DVD for the first 40 minutes, then took an extra one minute break. After the flashing lights subsided, I pressed play.

“You can do anything for 30 seconds,” so says Tony.  All I can say is the worst feeling is when you glance over at the timer and see that you’re only half way through a given exercise.
