I did better with Yoga X today, able to stretch out more and did a better job holding the positions. But those warrior poses were hurting because my shoulders are still shot from yesterday.
The crane still eludes me, but I was able to get up into it for a second or two a couple of times before falling on my head. No wheel nuther. But the Bridge went better than prior attempts.
Do you use yoga blocks? I do on some of the more difficult poses. I found that a Krispy Kreme box is the perfect size and shape.
And seriously, “do a pushup if you want to…” Not me. I was trying to keep up with the basics.
