I did Kenpo X this afternoon in my hotel room and managed to avoid kicking any of the furniture. It went well and was a good release from the tedium of a business trip. Unfortunately, I fear that I have undone three weeks of P90x in one evening by taking clients out for dinner. It was a great time, and the wine was flowing. With this evening’s meal, I believe, I’ve met the carb and fat requirements for my next two weeks… So, for a positive viewpoint, I guess I’m actually ahead of schedule?
Tommorrow is X Stretch, which works out well for me since I’m flying back home.
