Over the weekend, I received my copy of the May edition of Downward Dog Magazine. I’m actually finding myself looking forward to the publication each month. The yoga tips, humorous anecdotes, helpful recipies and nutrition guidelines are a great complement to any fitness regimen.
After completing my late morning Yoga X session, I spent a good part of the afternoon yesterday just sitting back on the couch, sipping a long, cool glass of Greenberry Shakeology and reading the magazine.
Life just doesn’t get any better than that.
