P90X-Insanity Hybrid, Day 20: Cardio Power & Resistance


Once again, on Saturday, I got Cardio Power & Resistance in. Didn’t want to, but I did. Resistance is futile.

My thighs were on fire. Why? Well, Legs & Back the day before always makes this uncomfortable.  However, the weight I added to Calf Raise Squats was felt throughout Saturday’s Cardio Power routine. It’s interesting how just one small change to something I’ve been doing for months now can have such an impact. Saturday was a zero incremental change day (possibly negative) because any gains from proper diet and exercise were offset by a wonderful meal at Mary Mac’s. I had the baked chicken, but you have to have the gravy as well…
