Of all the moves in this 40 minute trip to hell, Power Jumps is the most oxygen depriving. They catch up with you, after you’ve completed them. As usual, I was happy when the routine was over.
All this week 5 I’ve been re-sequencing the routines because of the disruptions from my travels. I remain a couple of days behind my ideal schedule, which is only important because I like to have Saturday’s as my Rest Day. I’ll have to explore the possibilities going forward to get this back on track.
