Yesterday I completed my Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit. I can sense that I’m improving, because I am starting out the routine with much better endurance. But I still peter out by the end with the Level Ones, In and Outs and Ski Abs. It’s my arms that give out, I feel I just can’t keep up in Plank position throughout that process. But it’s about incremental improvements and I definitely feel that is happening.
Yoga later today. I have been looking forward to this all week.
