P90X-Insanity Hybrid, Day 45: Back & Biceps; ARX


Milestone: Day 45. We’re half way done, party’s almost over. What a bummer!

Well, I’m half way done with this round.

The truth is, as those of you who have completed P90X already know, there is no ending point. If you want to do all you can to be healthy and fit, you need to exercise and eat right. I tried the alternative for about 20 years: not exercising and eating whatever. That approach just doesn’t work. Especially as you get older. Sure, you can still get hit by a bus or get confronted with life’s other indignities. But much of that is beyond your control, so live for yourself, keep tuned up and you’ll be able to maximize your enjoyment during your brief time on this stage.

Got Back & Biceps and Ab Ripper X in this morning because I have a men’s seniors doubles tennis match this evening. 88 degrees right now, but as they say it’s not the heat, it’s the humidity. The air is heavy today, my friends. Let’s hope Plyo Albert shows up.
