I did Max Cardio Conditioning & Cardio Abs today. This is another hour-long sequence of torture except, just to mix it up a bit, Shaun T doesn’t offer up any water breaks through the main portion of the workout. That’s right. Jump around, do squats and push ups and I can’t remember what else until your heart is in your mouth and you’ve lost your hearing. But no water. Heck, you’ll just sweat it out anyway.
Anyway without the 30 second breaks offered up in the interval training, I was brought to failure on several of the various exercises. But the youngsters on the video were as well. Misery loves company, I guess. Once again, I kept at it. I got through it.
After the Max Cardio Conditioning, the 16 minute Cardio Abs sequence is almost easy. You’re just working your abs, but not losing breath or raising your heart rate too much.
