Round 3 Hybrid, Day 16: Plyometric Cardio Circuit


Yesterday’s Plyo Cardio Circuit was the first workout in about a week that wasn’t degraded by this mild cold I’ve been experiencing. These Insanity workouts are much “easier” to endure when you can breathe.

Now that I’m in week 3 of this Hybrid Round, many of the aches and pains have subsided as I adjust to the daily effort.

Calories:  571 (or 13.7/minute)
Avg Heart Rate: 148
Max Heart Rate:  173
Time in fat burning zone: 10 minutes
Time in fitness zone: 32 minutes
