Yesterday’s Shoulders & Arms routine yielded good results, although–weirdly–my left arm was unable to lift 35 lbs in the second round (my prior week weight) of Alternating Shoulder Presses. After only 3 reps, I was done. So I lightened the load way down to 22.5 lbs and cranked out an additional 12 reps. I wonder what that was about? No pain or injury, just flat couldn’t do it. Everything else was the same as the prior week, except: 1) I finally increased my weight on the Full Supination Concentration Curls (to 30 lbs) and 2) I lowered my weight on the Crouching Cohen Curls. I lowered the weight on the Crouching Cohens because the higher weight resulted in bad form with the Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells.
