Like clockwork, the latest issue of Downward Dog Magazine always seems to arrive on Yoga days. It looks like a great issue, with previews of the P90X2 Yoga routine. I’m looking forward to a leisurely read.
I didn’t have a chance to read it yesterday though, because I had a singles tennis match in the evening. I’m always glad when I’m able to coordinate tennis on yoga days as it leaves me loose and more confident about lunging around the court. How’d I do? Well, I won: 6-1, 6-3. What? You didn’t play 3 sets? Yeah, I know. It was nice to win a match in 2 sets, for a change. Despite the lopsided score, it was good tennis, with some fairly drawn out points.
