The core is getting stronger. I was able to pull off some sorta decent power push ups this time. It’s anything but a natural move, tho.
This is such a tough routine. and when you’re suffering through it and the time is only half elapsed, I always wonder how I will be able to complete it. But yesterday I noticed that in the second half there are more… very much needed… pauses to explain some of the moves. And the pauses are really more so you can recover than to follow the instructions. IMHO.
