As you may recall, I’ve been whining about my injured elbow muscles (distal tendons) and have been avoiding wide front pull ups and lowered weights on In and Out Curls and so on. Well, on Tuesday, to be safe, I still didn’t do wide front pull ups, replacing them with Close Grip Pull Ups instead. This allowed me to do all 6 rounds of pull ups and get to the magic 100 count. So yay for me.
The elbow muscles/tendons seem to be healing because I was able to increase my weights on the various curls without incident.
