Round 3 Hybrid, Day 76: Max Cardio Conditioning & Abs

Yesterday was Max Cardio Conditioning and Cardio Abs. It was a good down payment on the day. Because yesterday was also the dual father-son birthday party of some good friends and neighbors. And this party involved fajitas and… wait for it… margaritas, with an “s.”

Despite the (relatively speaking) low calorie burn, I didn’t feel like I was holding back yesterday. It was a good effort.  My heart rate stayed lower than it has in the past for this routine. No complaints here!
