Round 3 Hybrid, Days 78 & 79: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, Ab Ripper X & Max Interval Plyometrics


Week 12–my final resistance week for this round–began on Sunday. The push up stuff went pretty well and even yesterday’s Max Insanity sweat-fest wasn’t so horrible. At least I don’t remember that it was.

It’s the two routines that have pull ups that I’m dreading. Just do it, they say. Just get through it, and I’ll then have several weeks to heal up and contemplate new beginnings.

What to do next round? When to start? Ponder, ponder.
