So, four weeks into my second round in possession of a heart rate monitor, I thought it would be interesting to track this round’s average daily calorie burn per week versus my last round. The results are amazing. They are almost exactly the same!
It will be interesting to see if this trend holds. Notice, too how average burn declines as I progress through each phase: Phase 1 = weeks 1-3, Phase 2 = weeks 5-7, Phase 3 = weeks 9 & 11 are the same routines as are weeks 10 & 12. Even the Recovery Week (4, 8, & 13)average burn decreases over time.
