Round 4 Hybrid, Days 44-45

Day 45. Half way done with this round.
Still gotta get back down the mountain!

Yesterday’s Back & Biceps was a Pull Up extravaganza. 133 cumulative, unassisted. This positions me well for getting over 300 for the week when I do the Legs & Back routine tomorrow. Hopefully my shoulders and arms will be functional again by then.

To avoid confusion, this picture of me is 5.5 years old. I put it here because while the summit is great and the views are fine, it’s a reminder that it’s only half the journey. Where am I? Atop Skoki Mountain in Banff National Park, Canada.
