Round 5, P90X-2, Days 12 & 13: Yoga & X2 Balance & Power

Balance & Power today was a bit more amped up than my intro session last week. Getting all the reps in and raising the weights a little made a big difference.

That dumbbell super burpee was tough going there at the end of the routine. Actually, anything with the word burpee in it has been challenging for me.

I guess that’s really Tony Horton’s sister, Kit, in the video. Last week, I wasn’t sure if I was hearing him right.  Just as I was beginning to think that boy was our last hope, I learn “there is another…”

I’ve been pretty tired since getting this routine in earlier today. Hope there’s something left in the tank for tennis this evening.

Yoga yesterday was fine. Just enough.
