Round 5, P90X-2, Days 26 – 28: Yoga, Tennis, Tennis, Balance & Power, Recovery & Mobility


Yesterday I finished up my fourth week of Phase 1, P90X2. I know I said I was planning to jump straight into the next phase without taking a recovery week, but now I’ve tweaked my other knee over the weekend playing tennis. So at least a few days of recovery may be in order.

It’s been hot here the past few days. Back to back tennis matches each day, plus the workouts have left me drained.

So, I’ll recover a bit. I’m looking forward to Phase 2: Strength, to see what that’s all about.
