OK. Well as it turns out, I do not own the V Sculpt and X2 Chest + Shoulders + Tris workouts. They were not included in P90X-2, as I had so brazenly assumed. And yes, for those keeping score, this compounds my error further still. I guess I’m now just doing the basic P90X-2 schedule and I’ve updated my post accordingly.
Yesterday was Plyocide. I did fairly well, but I have to say I was still tired from all the pull ups in the Chest + Back + Balance routine the day before. I’m actually looking forward to foam rolling on the floor for an hour later today.
Tennis this evening. Hopefully the rain will hold off.
