Round 5, P90X-2, Days 48 & 49: Base + Back / Ab Ripper & Rest

Last Friday, before heading up to Boston, I snuck in Base + Back and X2 Ab Ripper. I took it easy on the squats and lunges as an 8.8 mile hike of the Franconia Ridge Loop was in our sights for Saturday.


It wasn’t as easy as it sounds.

More on that later.

Calories:  578 (or 8.4/minute)
Avg Heart Rate: 115
Max Heart Rate:  161
Time in fat burning zone: 44 minutes
Time in fitness zone: 25 minutes
