With Day 2 comes Plyocide, that plyometric extravaganza. Yesterday, I hopped, skipped and jumped my way through that routine in all its sweaty glory.
What can I say except it’s true that this routine “catches up on you.” I’m actually sweating the most just as I finish and start the cool down and stretching.
I think I did reasonably well with it, especially since it’s been a while since doing a pure cardio routine. I worked it pretty hard, but I always stop short of the point where I feel I’m losing coordination. I don’t want to lose my footing dancing around the med ball toe tap or lunging down from a chair. That wouldn’t be good.
So now I’m two days down. Man, this round is just flyin’ by.
