Round 6, P90X-2, Days 22-28: Phase 2, Week 1


This past week, I entered into Phase 2–Strength. In this phase, I’m supposed to build upon the Foundation laid in Phase 1.

The week and the routines went well. For the most part, I was able to maintain reps and weights from my last performances of the various “Strength” routines.

But it was an achy week as well. The re-introduction of many, many pull ups was challenging. And I blame the additional level of discomfort for my singles tennis loss. It’s probably unfair, I know. But unless I lay blame on some externality, all I am left with is deep introspection, and I just don’t want to go there. I’m sure nobody wants that.

Chest + Back + Balance & X2 Ab Ripper later today. Can’t say I’m looking forward to it.

I’ll press on, tho. Onward.
