It was still difficult, but I managed to increase some of the reps and weights. But the left shoulder remains noticeably weaker than the right for some weird reason. I worked with what I had, did what I could. The knowledge that it wasn’t as bad as last time is motivation enough.
Even Ab Ripper X went off better than just last week. In fact, I went off afterwards and hit tennis balls for an hour. And now, here it is, a day later and no pain. That’s good as well. Some gains, no pain. A new slogan?
